Online Notarization Cancellation Policy:  

24 hour or more notice:

Reschedule: no penalty or additional charges. 

Cancelled and Not Rescheduled: 25% cancellation fee deducted from refund. 

Less than 24-hour notice: Reschedule: 

$25.00 Reschedule Fee Cancelled and Not Rescheduled: 50% cancellation fee deducted from refund.   

Refund Policy for Technical/Technology - Set Up Fee, Witness Fee, and 25% of the service fee will be deducted from refund for the following reasons:

*Failure of signing participant(s) computer equipment or software 

*Failure of signing participant(s) internet connection   

We may decline to notarize if the signer is confused, not fully aware, not coherent or responsive, under the influence, or does not have proper ID. The full appointment fee is due even if the notarization cannot be completed for this reason.    

 Mobile Notarization Cancellation Policy:  

Please contact Marc The Notary at your earliest opportunity if you are unable to meet or need to reschedule your appointment time.   

You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime up to 24-hours in advance of your appointment start time. You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee when appointment is cancelled less than three (3) hours before the confirmed appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not email Marc The Notary to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full scheduled service fee.
